Join Centro for an iconic dinner event. Regarded as the first “Rock Star Chef,” Marco Pierre White was a sensation in the culinary world, with awarded three Michelin stars by 32. White’s 1990 cookbook “White Heat” is recognized as one of the most influential recipe books of recent history, and served as a catalyst to Centro’s Executive Chef Jonathan Baker’s own culinary journey. This five-course meal will showcase dishes from that watershed work. Ticket includes tax and gratuity. Cash bar with featured cocktails available for purchase during event.
