Tantric Drum Circle (September)

The Tantric Drum Circle exists to bring you back into your own body. We use rhythm the way it's been used for as long as there have been bodies to feel it: to quiet the thinking, move what's stuck, and drum you home to your own heartbeat. This isn't a performance or a jam. It's a guided, inward practice, an hour to stop managing yourself and simply come back to your own rhythm.

The purpose isn't the sound. It's coming back to yourself.
