Regional Italian Dinner - Sicily

Join Centro for a winter dinner series from Executive Chef Jonathan Baker inspired by regional Italian cusine. Events include five small courses and reception wine. Dinner begins at 6:30pm. A selection of cocktails and regional Italian wines will be available for purchase.

MENU

FIRST: Panelle / Chickpea fritter with braised pork, Pecorino cheese and pistachio pesto
SECOND: Arugula salad / Orange-fennel mousse, fried olive and citrus vinaigrette
THIRD: Pasta au Maccu / Soup with handmade pasta, fava bean purée and herbed olive oil
FOURTH: Sicilian Surf & Turf / Venison loin and Skull Island prawn with black truffle and fennel sauce
FIFTH: Cassata / Sponge cake, dried citrus and almond cream
