Riding Atlas w/ Display Case

Riding Atlas is a multi-album, nationally performing, alternative rock powerhouse. Originally based out of the Quad Cities and now located in Ames, IA, the trio, consisting of brothers Nick and Joe, and their friend Sam, have performed at numerous festivals and clubs around the country.

The band signed with Messano Records in 2016 and recorded their debut album, Mountains, in Nashville, TN in 2018. Mountains was met with great acclaim from critics and fans alike, and the lead track, “Back to The Mountain,” was featured on popular Quad Cities radio station 97X’s anniversary album that same year.

In 2019 the Riding Atlas was recognized at the Iowa Rock and Roll Hall of Fame performing at that year’s induction ceremony. The band recorded their most recent EP State in 2020 and are currently out promoting it across the US as they’re able, while also attending Iowa State University where they have been working on writing and recording for their next album.

Des Moines-based rockers Display Case will open the show.
