Fresh Start: Transformational Breath Work (1-1)

Samantha Post hails from Kansas and is bringing her transformational breath work skills to Fresh Start.  This session will be one-on-one breathwork with Samantha were she will offer intake for specifically for you and guide you into intentional space where you can work on transforming your understanding and energy through a process of rapid breathing that induces a heightened awareness, and often transcendental experience for the participants. Sessions will last anywhere from 1.5-2.0 hours. Please allow for low effort activities for a few hours after your session.
