PNW Native American Cuisine

There are so many foods from people native to the NW that we don't eat. Well I miss foods from where I grew up so I'm adding this class with firstly and most importantly fry bread. Jams from local huckleberries, corn dumplings, buffalo stew. Come and try this new class and see what you've been missing.
