Peace Poles Class with Caroline Freese

Create a meaningful addition to your garden or yard with a Peace Pole. Traditional poles display the message May Peace Prevail on Earth in the language of the country where it is placed, along with 3-5 translations of the phrase. We will guide you through lettering your message and adding patterns or imagery on a 4” x 4” x 4’ pole, with some time for painting. You are encouraged to stay after or come in outside of class to keep painting since this is a fairly large project. Installation of the pole is up to you, but we will share directions.

Thursdays beginning June 7, 6-8pm for 2 weeks

ISU $40 ($22 tuition + $18 supply fee)
Public $50 ($32 tuition + $18 supply fee)

Registration Notes: A 3% processing fee is applied to online purchase. ISU price is available for current students, faculty & staff. Bring your ISU ID to the first class to avoid an upcharge to the public price.

Class Cancellation Policy
Classes require a minimum number of participants. If the minimum enrollment is not met, classes are subject to cancellation. If a class is cancelled, registered participants will be notified and issued a refund. If you register for a class and cannot attend, you must notify us at least 1 week in advance of the start date of the class for a refund minus a $5 processing fee. No refunds will be given after the one week notice deadline.
