Lasagna! Two Day Class

This is a two day class and runs from 6pm-9pm on Thursday and 6-9pm pm on Friday.  We'll be making mozzarella, ricotta, noodles from scratch, bechmel, meaty tomato sauce, and putting the whole thing together for you to take home on Saturday! This is going to be the best lasagna you have ever made! Bring your own 9x13 cake pan to be environmentally friendly! We'll have aluminum pans for you if you don't have one!
