Landon Patterson, aka Lana Luxx, is a trans advocate/influencer and a drag performer in KC. She was Missouri’s 1st trans woman to win homecoming queen and shared her transition on Tik Tok, Instagram, and YouTube. Lana Luxx is a show host at Hamburger Mary’s and a cast member at Missie B’s. She hosts an all transgender casted show at Hamburger Mary’s called “What's The T?”. Lana has won Drag Survivor KC season 3 and Nebraska Drag Wars season 4. She loves inspiring others through her being so open and vocal about her journey.
