Flagfest: Spurs & Speed Weekend Pass

The Clay County Fair & Events Center is expanding its summer activities with the debut of Flagfest: Spurs & Speed Weekend, a brand-new two-day event set for June 12–13, 2026, in conjunction with Spencer Flagfest.

Designed to bring high-energy entertainment and community celebration together in one place, the weekend will feature a professional rodeo produced by Raise 'Em Rank in the Outdoor Arena alongside the Midwest Enduro Championship 500 at the Clay County Fair Speedway.

Flagfest: Spurs & Speed Weekend is made possible through a partnership between the Clay County Fair & Events Center, Raise ‘Em Rank, the Clay County Fair Speedway, and the Spencer Chamber, all working together to bring a new experience to the community.
