Vegetarian and Vegan Sauces!

Sauces are what makes the difference from blah to...'THAT'S delicious!'  We will be making nut based Vegan sauces, both savory and sweet, the perfect vegetarian cream sauces, and adding in herbs, spices, purees and more to really kick up the flavor!  Learn unique sauces to add to pastas, jazz up main courses and finish off desserts with.  You'll feast at the end of class!
