Hey You! Back away from the 'Top Ramen' packet. Have a love of fresh ramen and want to learn how to make the noodles from scratch, the broth and all the fixings? This is the class for you! Each student will be making their own pot of traditional pork broth ramen and feast at the end of class on their bowls of heaven!
