Event Description

This is a two day workshop from 6-9pm Friday & Saturday. We will be deboning a duck, rendering the fat, curing the legs and making confit, and learning how to cook the breast properly as well and making duck stock. All will culminate in an exquisite meal Saturdayevening with yummy side dishes. If you are looking for something a little more advanced, this is the class for you!
