Our NEW series of Digital classes now allow you to keep learning with us from the comfort of your own home at your own pace! Classes are pre-recorded so no need to worry about delay, or missing out on information. Registrations for MEAL KIT classes close 72 hours prior to class for ordering purposes. NO KIT registrations open until 1:30pm PST on day of class.

We are happy to fulfill requests for classes especially when it means we get to make doughnuts. Come join us for this truly naughty and DELICIOUS class! Multiple styles of doughnuts will be covered and you'll not only get to eat hot off the presses doughnuts in your PJ's on the couch, but learn the techniuque of fabulous fried doughs, sprinkled, glazed and dunked in toppings only subject to your imagination! 

You will receive an email on the 'day of class' with the video(s), recipe packet with ingredient list and equipment we suggest for whether you have purchased a meal kit for pick-up at the shop on the day of class from 2-6pm or decide to shop on your own.

Please note, substitutions or allergy requests are not included in the meal kit option (please make appropriate subs at home) Thank you for understanding!

Ingredients needed if NO kit option is purchased:

Yeast Doughnuts, 17 oz Bread Flour, 2 oz Eggs, .75 oz Nonfat milk solids,¼ t Mace, 6.5 g Salt,2 oz Sugar, 1.5 oz Shortening 8 oz Water 19 g Yeast

Cake Doughnuts, 1.5 oz Shortening, 3.5 oz Sugar, 4 g Salt, .75 oz Nonfat milk solids, 2 g Mace, 7.5 g Vanilla, 1.5 oz Eggs, .75 oz Egg yolks, 8 oz Water, 10 oz Cake Flour, 6 oz Bread Flour, 20 g Baking Powder

Ricotta Zeppoles, 1 cup all-purpose flour, 2 teaspoons baking powder, 1 pinch salt, 1 1/2 teaspoons white sugar, 2 eggs, beaten, 1 cup ricotta cheese, 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar for dusting

Chocolate Ganache, 4 oz Dark Chocolate, 4 oz Heavy Cream

optional: zest from 1 large orange/lemon/lime, sprinkles,  mixed nuts (lots of different ones work)

Glaze: powdered sugar and a little water...add food coloring/flavors if desired
