Django Valentine's To-Go

Enjoy a special Valentine's dinner at home with Django! This menu from Chef Derek Eidson is perfectly designed for two; simply follow the baking and reheating instructions for a delicious (and romantic) meal in the comfort of your own home. Each meal includes four courses of chef-crafted cuisine, a half bottle of Champagne and your choice of select red or white wine.

• FIRST: Cheese & Charcuterie / A curated selection of cheese and cured meats with accoutrements


• SECOND: Scallops Saint Jacques / Baked scallops with mushroom cream and gruyere cheese


• THIRD: Beef Wellington / Beef filet with mushroom duxelles wrapped in puff pastry served with pommes purée, asparagus and demi glace


• FOURTH: Pot de Creme / Chocolate custard with cherries and hazelnuts

Meal includes:

• Vollereaux Brut Reserve Champagne (375mL bottle)


• Choice of Lola Chardonnay(750mL bottle) or Roth Cabernet (750mL bottle).

Cooking and re-heating of items required; instructions will be included. Purchaser will need an oven as well as a microwave (or stove).

Orders must be picked up at Django between 3-5pm on Valentine's Day (Feb. 14). Price includes all taxes and fees.
