Event Description

A brand new five-star Barn and Event Venue has opened in rural Elkhart. Designed and created to be the perfect setting for an early summer dinner along the Skunk river.

Beau Fodor of Panache will co-host with Tony Thompson and Cindy Kirschbaum of Prudent Produce and Kathyrn Dickel, Founder of Pollinate Ritual. All three have a passion for food grown locally.

Which is exactly what will be happening at this Dinner! Enjoy a seat at the 40-foot community table at the barn!

Join us for an unforgettable evening on the farm. Everything on the menu will be locally sourced, featuring a mixed-grill board of chicken, beef and pork, along with fresh fish!

Seasonal produce, artisanal cheeses, and roasted root vegetables, served family-style round out the menu.

Our three signature cocktails, served upon prompt arrival at 6:30 pm, will feature Revelton Distillery products and after dinner the dessert buffet is all about homemade pies and the famous Black Cat Ice Creams.

Live music will be featured during cocktails and dinner seating will start at 7:15pm.

Tickets are $59 a person or $100 per couple, and will sell out quickly!

Setting will include both the indoor and outdoor spaces of the barn so please dress appropriately for the location. (LOL, from gravel roads, to a glamorous barn, to the deep woods, river banks, and working farm fields)

“It's been a decade of farm to table dinners and outdoor garden entertaining for Panache now, but I think this year will be more fabulous than ever, especially after these past 15 months.

Join me at one of the most beautiful venues I’ve ever seen and I look forward to sitting at the table with you!” Beau Fodor, Founder, Panache
