Belly Dance with Lisa Rich-McKelvey

Sample a variety of folkloric dances from the Middle East and North Africa.  Each Wednesday in June Shiara will feature a different dance style and provide an introduction to the music, movements, costumes and props used for each dance. This week’s focus will be Tunisian (North Africa). 

An award winning performer, Shiara uses a Three Pillars Delsarte based approach to dance.

Belly Dance meets in Room 3512 at the Memorial Union on Wednesdays. Purchase a dance punch card and attend as often as your schedule allows. Walk-ins are always welcome!  

ISU: Five punches for $35
Public: Five punches for $45
Punch cards are good for 1 year - more classes available Fall 2016.

Registration Notes: A 3% processing fee is applied to online purchases. 
ISU price is available for students, staff and faculty.  Bring your ISU ID to the first class to avoid an upcharge to the public price.

Class Cancellation Policy
Classes require a minimum number of participants. If the minimum enrollment is not met, classes are subject to cancellation. If a class is cancelled, registered participants will be notified and issued a refund. If you register for a class and cannot attend, you must notify us at least 1 week in advance of the start date of the class for a refund minus a $5 processing fee. No refunds will be given after the one week notice deadline.
