Raw, baked, fried and pied - it’s peak oyster season, and we’re celebrating with a five-course menu full of bivalve beauties. Each course is paired with a pour of outstanding Toppling Goliath brews including the famed Mornin’ Delight!

Kusshi oysters on the half shell (2) with Dragon Fandango mignonette, serrano, cucumber and micro radish
Served with Dragon Fandango Fruited Sour (4 oz.)
Second:
Nashville hot chicken fried oysters (2) with Pullman loaf and bread & butter horseradish pickle
Served with Pompeii IPA (4 oz.)
Third:
Oysters Bienville (2) with bacon, shrimp, smoked scallop, chive and espelette
Served with King Sue Double IPA (4 oz.)
Fourth:
Steak and oyster pie with parsley gravy
