Australian guitar virtuoso Joe Robinson has spent the last few years touring North America playing festivals and headlining clubs. Having also played China, Japan, Europe and Australia, Robinson has been able to define himself as a budding world visionary. 

He walks a tightrope between the instrumental music that’s put him in the spotlight and a unique fusion of rock, blues, jazz, and R&B that’s entirely his own.

Nick and the Ovorols kicked off 2013 in style with a new record titled Telegraph Taboo and a Gulf Coast tour with stops in Nashville, TN. They have since made this a routine. They continue to build their following playing around Chicago and since that first tour in 2013, they've been on the road every month or two. Making this coming January a 2-year milestone of steady touring for the band. Last year (2014) they supported the late great Johnny Winter at Bell's Brewery in Kalamazoo, MI, and Grammy winners Rebirth Brass Band at The Howlin' Wolf in New Orleans. Aside from critical acclaim on their 2013 indie record release, they continue to gain recognition and are slowly and consistently building their following and industry network. They realize that bringing their music to as many people as they would like requires dedication, hard work and perseverance. But the journey doesn't have to be an arduous means to an end and the band makes a conscious effort to enjoy the journey thru bringing fiery, energetic, and emotional performances to their audiences.

The Redstone Room at River Music Experience is a standing room only concert venue. All tickets are General Admission unless otherwise stated. For the comfort of our guests, a limited amount of seating is available on a first come first serve basis:

• Reserved Tables: a limited number of tables are for sale in advance, sold through our ticketing service. You will need to add both your General Admission tickets AND your Reserved Tables to the cart for purchase. Reserve Tables come with 4 seats to a table. 


• General Admission Tables: A number of tables are available when doors open. First come first serve.  


• Disability: If you require handicap accessible seating, you will need to purchase your General Admission ticket first, and then call the box office to reserve up to 2 seats.
