The Gibson Brothers are one of the hottest acts in the world of bluegrass. They were named Entertainers of the Year by the International Bluegrass Music Association (IBMA) in both 2012 and 2013 and have been nominated again for 2015 and have additionally won the IBMA’s Vocal Group of the Year and Song of the Year awards twice.

Comprised of brothers Eric and Leigh Gibson, playing banjo and guitar respectively, and rounded out with mandolin player and vocalist Jesse Brock, fiddler Clayton Campbell and bassist Mike Barber, the group produces stunning harmonies that capture fan and critical attention alike.

Their latest album, Brotherhood, was released this past February and is The Gibson Brothers’ twelfth studio album since their 1993 debut, Underneath a Harvest Moon. Eric and Leigh have matured considerably as musicians, writers and performers over the past 20+ years, causing an ever-growing legion of bluegrass fans to take notice and garnering impressive amounts of critical acclaim. In addition to their Entertainer of the Year Awards from IBMA, the organization also presented Eric with the prestigious Songwriter of the Year Award in 2013 as well.

Over the past couple decades, The Gibson Brothers have truly come into their own, combining their wide-ranging influences into a unique style that honors tradition while still sounding refreshingly new.
